We work across the state to promote sexual health and reproductive freedom by advancing policies and practices that recognize these as essential to the overall well-being of Tennesseans and our communities. Our work is centered on those who are most marginalized - poor people, incarcerated people, and Black, indigenous & other people of color (BIPOC). Healthy and Free TN partners organize around a broad spectrum of issues. Yet, all partners share a common commitment to creating a landscape where all Tennesseans can shape our own reproductive and sexual presents and futures with the support we need and without stigma, shame, barriers, violence, or criminalization.
